Lug winery is a family winery owned by the Perutina family, in the vicinity of Stolac. Along with their construction business, which they are well known for, the family decided to devote its time to their true love- the production of superior quality Herzegovinian wines from one of the best locations on the Dubravska plateau. Lug winery’s name is almost generic- Lug is the type of vineyard which has a unique appearance and soil texture that is reminiscent of a grove, and not much more than that… This, precisely, was the guiding principle for our client- not to burden wine lovers with false mythology, fabricated family tales and legends that unnecessarily clutter the labels of various Herzegovinian wines. Our client wanted a simple, distinctive and elegant design, which would leave room for the expansion of the product line and attract the type of customer who is looking for something unique.
